As part of EVA’s environmental consulting team, Phillip specializes in the integrated analysis of natural gas, coal, power and emission allowance markets. Utilizing his unique educational background in engineering management and systems engineering, Phillip develops sophisticated models that invite quantitative discussions on future impacts of environmental regulations on the North American energy sector. Additionally, Phillip focuses on the analysis of environmental markets such as EPA’s Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), EPA’s Clean Power Plan, and regional CO2 markets like the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and California’s and Quebec’s joint cap-and-trade program. In addition to English, Phillip is fluent in German.
