As part of EVA’s environmental and energy consulting team, Mr. Graeter specializes in the integrated analysis of natural gas, coal, power and emission allowance markets. Utilizing his unique educational background in engineering management with a focus in energy economics and finance, Mr. Graeter develops sophisticated models that invite quantitative discussions on future impacts of environmental regulations, policies, and legislation on the North American energy sector. Additionally, Mr. Graeter has prepared numerous economic and regulatory impact studies on a wide-ranging array of issues regarding the U.S. energy sector for clients that include state regulatory commissions, federal agencies, trade associations, and private companies. Mr. Graeter holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering, both from the George Washington University.
