Mr. Avalos supports EVA principals with research and modeling and assists with the development of oil, natural gas, and emission allowance price forecasts. He has worked on various projects including assessments of global natural gas markets, U.S. natural gas pipeline infrastructure, the effects of various carbon constraints on fuel prices, and the possible effects of proposed RPS legislation on coal demand.Selected Publications
