Biography

Ms. Medine has over 20 years of experience in energy issues. She has worked both within the coal industry, as well as provided consulting services. Her experience includes bankruptcy support, market strategy development, fuel procurement, acquisition and investment analyses, strategic studies, forecasting, and regulatory analysis. In 1999-2000, Ms. Medine served as Executive Vice President of Centennial Resources, Inc., a debtor-in-possession, as part of EVA's operation of the company, as well as serving as the liaison between the company, state and county regulatory agencies, the bankruptcy court, and the lenders. Ms. Medine also provides expert testimony on utility fuel procurement practices and coal contract disputes and is a regular presenter at industry forums.
