New Power Plant Development
EVA typically works with private developers in support of their project development efforts. The nature of the support is a function of each project's requirements. Examples of past work include identification of high value markets for new project developments, particularly with regard to the different and changing regional markets for power; development of fuel supply strategy for the project that maximizes value and supports debt financing needs; negotiation or renegotiation of fuel supply agreements; forecasts of indices proposed for cost escalation; economic evaluations of alternative project technologies and fuel types; and, project valuation.
