Contract Negotiation

With our solid expertise, EVA assists buyers and sellers in the negotiation of long-term fuel and transportation contracts including utilities, industrial clients and independent power producers in developing fuel procurement and purchased power strategies. In addition, we assist in developing hedging and diversification programs through market and risk analysis taking into account the changing regulatory environment and the mix of short- and long-term supply and transportation contracts. Our services include preparing the contract terms and conditions for the bid solicitation, identifying likely suppliers, evaluating bids responses, evaluating the suppliers ability to meet the contract terms, and reviewing final contract terms.
